Shaman: Short version, Defender: we never ask who you are. No accounts, no names, no emails, no precise location. This website doesn't track you at all. Our mobile game does: the free version shows ads, and we use device identifiers to measure and advertise our games. Here's exactly how, and how to opt out.

Who we are

Gomo Sapiens is a DBA (doing business as) of Paperboi Data Management, LLC. "Gomo Sapiens," "we," "us," and "our" in this policy all mean Paperboi Data Management, LLC.

This policy covers this website and our games, including Tower Maze Defense on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro.

What we don't collect

• No accounts or sign-ups. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or address.
• No precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
• No payment details. In-app purchases are processed by Apple.

In our games

• Ads. The free version of Tower Maze Defense shows ads from third-party ad networks. To show, cap, and measure ads, these networks may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device model, OS version, language, and ad interactions such as views and clicks. Buying "Full Game - no ads" removes ads.
• Install attribution with Kochava. We use Kochava to learn which ad campaigns lead people to install and play our games. Kochava may receive your advertising identifier (if you allow tracking), the app's vendor identifier (IDFV), IP address, device and OS details, approximate location derived from IP, and in-app events such as installs, sessions, purchases, and game progress milestones. We use this to measure our marketing and to retarget people who have shown interest in our games.
• Crash and performance data. Diagnostic reports help us fix bugs. They aren't linked to your identity.
• Game progress. Your waves, towers, and skull coins are saved on your device.

On this website

• No collection. This website doesn't use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, or ad scripts, and we don't collect any data about visitors.
• Fonts and images. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Apple's servers. Those services may see your IP address and browser type when your browser fetches those files.

Who we share it with

We share the game data described above with our ad networks, Kochava, and other advertising and measurement partners. We don't sell your information for money. But using it for cross-context behavioral advertising, like retargeting, may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information under laws such as California's CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out at any time (see below).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

How long we keep it

We and our partners keep advertising and attribution data only as long as needed for measurement, advertising, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Each partner's retention is described in its own privacy policy.

Kids

Tower Maze Defense is rated 9+, but our games and website are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices & how to opt out

• In the app: when iOS asks whether to allow tracking, tap "Ask App Not to Track." You can change this any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Without permission, your advertising identifier is not shared.
• Personalized ads: turn off Personalized Ads in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
• Do Not Sell or Share: opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising using our form below.

Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, the EU, or the UK), you may also have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to not be treated differently for using these rights. Because we don't know your name or email, we may need a device identifier to find your data. Send any request through our form:
